Ordering & Delivery Policies
Substitutions
Due to seasonal and regional availability, substitutions may sometimes be necessary. We always select flowers of equal or greater value and aim to maintain the overall look, style, and color palette of your arrangement — prioritizing color over exact variety whenever possible. Similar plants of equal or greater value may be substituted; for specialty plants such as orchids, we match the type as closely as possible.
Delivery
Deliveries go out Monday through Saturday — we don't deliver on Sundays. If the recipient isn't home, we may leave the order in a safe location when appropriate. During extreme weather (excessive heat or freezing temperatures), we may be unable to leave deliveries outside. A valid phone number for the recipient is required at checkout — if we can't deliver safely, we'll call to arrange a successful delivery.
Funeral & Hospital Orders
Funeral orders often need extra notice — if you need delivery at a specific time, please call a few days in advance. For hospital deliveries, include the hospital name and phone, and the recipient’s name and room number in your order notes. Deliveries follow hospital policy, and many ICU patients cannot receive flowers — please check with the hospital first.
Cancellations & Replacements
Orders can be canceled anytime before delivery by calling the store. Once an order is out for delivery or has been delivered, it can't be canceled. If there's ever an issue with your order, contact us — we're happy to make it right.
